Synthetic resins begin to experience "UV degradation" as soon as they are exposed to ultraviolet light. If placed in poor conditions, they can crack within 1 to 2 weeks, and surface scratches may appear. When using polybutene pipes or cross-linked polyethylene pipes in areas directly exposed to UV light, we recommend using well-designed protective materials to prevent accidents (such as leaks) caused by "UV degradation."
